How much is the Shipping Fee?
We offer Free Shipping nationwide with no minimum spend.
 
How fast is the Delivery?
2-3 business days for Metro Manila customers upon fulfillment
2-7 business days for Provincial customers upon fulfillment
Fulfilment time is only 24 - 48 hours. Holidays will affect delivery time.
Xio Express and LEXPH under Lazada Express handles deliveries for us. We have no direct control on their operation so we cannot commit a specific delivery date and time.
 
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Our courier will deliver first then you can pay upon receiving it. The rider will be the one to collect your payment.
Please be reminded that the rider is not our employee. They work for Xio Express and LEX PH under Lazada Express. They won't be able to answer questions about the items that you have ordered from us.
If you have any issues or complaints about your order, please contact us right away and we'll be more than willing to assist you immediately.
 
Do you also have Over the Counter/Bank Deposit?
Yes. You may choose either BDO, BPI or GCash.
 
Can I cancel my Order?
Within 24hrs. If your package is still with us, we can still cancel it. However, if the package has already been handed over to our couriers, cancellation is no longer possible.
 
Can I change my Order?
Within 24hrs. If your package is still with us, you can request for changes by contacting our Facebook Page. However, if the package has already been handed over to our couriers, we can no longer do any changes.
 
Do you have a Physical Store
No. We only sell our products online due to limited stocks.
 
I'm out of Delivery Zone
Our courier cover most of the country but there are still places that are not that accessible for both specially under Cash-on Delivery.
You can pay in advance and we'll have it shipped on other couriers.
This will not benefit us in any way but we would like this to be open for our valued customers so they may still be able to purchase from us.
 
I received the Wrong Package
This rarely happens but in the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or package, please send us a message and we will make things right immediately.
 
The rider collected more than the Collectible Amount
In the unlikely event that we committed an error in placing the correct collectible amount, which very rarely happens, we will be responsible and will refund the excess amount to the buyer.
Always check the collectible amount on the waybill attached to the pouch before making a payment and count your change before allowing the delivery staff to leave.
