RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We guarantee our customers that each item delivered is inspected by our team. We strive to make any return or exchange as quick and hassle-free as possible, so here's some information on what to do in case you'd like to return or make an exchange on a purchase.
We don't accept refund for returns.
- For clothes with sizes, size replacement is only allowed ONCE. Due to limited stocks, we suggest that you measure yourself first before choosing a size. If you're not sure about your size choose the bigger size.
- If your item arrives damaged, please do contact us.
- We will then send you a replacement or refund if the item is no longer available.
- You will be given 7 days to file for a return item and 2 days to have the item shipped back to us.
- Items must returned unworn and in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
- For hygienic reasons - bodysuits and swimwear may not be accepted for return or exchanges.
- Upon received of the returned items, we shall send back the replacement items within 7 working days.
- We do monitor the number of returns made by our clients, and continued returns will be banned and refused at our discretion.
In addition, we would like to advise you that the following are not entitled to a refund or exchange under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA7394)
- Sudden change of mind.
- Defect/s caused by misuse or mishandling of the customer.
- Awareness of item/s bought during clearance sales and promotion with marked down price.
- Discovery of a lower price of the same item from another store.
